Where am I covered?

Ensure that your booking office – that is where you seek advice for your package tour, book and make payments for it – fulfils the legally prescribed guarantees. In particular, demand to see proof that you are covered and do not sustain a loss if your contractual partner becomes insolvent or bankrupt.

If it is not possible to provide you with proof of insurance of your customer funds, you have the right to withdraw from your travel agreement. In this case, you must notify your tour operator or travel agent in writing of your withdrawal before your date of departure.
