Procedure after the trip

  • On your return, report your claim to the Guarantee Fund as soon as possible, but no later than within 60 days. Claims received later can, unfortunately, not be considered.
  • Keep all receipts and evidence of payments made. We can only consider documented claims.
  • Your entitlement is limited to the tour price paid by you and is deemed to be compensation in kind in the form of a cash payment. The Guarantee Fund assumes no liability for additional and incidental costs that may arise from non-provided services.
  • In respect of the costs or services covered by the Guarantee Fund, you assign to it your corresponding claims against third parties.
